From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 2 pm Eastern Time are dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. Exchange

But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you, We'll gladly accept your exchange within 7 days of purchase any merchandise purchased from Zanygoose that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and receipt or packing slip. We are not going to accept exchange after 7 days have been passed after purchase has been made. To request a exchange, email us by giving us your order number and date of purchase, we will send you a details instructions via email on how to exchange your product. Customer pay for the shipping charges, most exchange are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your product.
